Refund Policy
Order Cancellation and Modifications
We process orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders can be canceled until they are dispatched. Unfortunately, once packaging and shipping have begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Delayed Delivery: If your product does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe of 45 business days (excluding 2–5 business days for processing).
- Incorrect or Damaged Orders: If you receive an incorrect item or your product arrives damaged, you may request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Refund Process:
- Provide necessary details such as unboxing photos/videos, your order number, and your name.
- Refunds for such cases will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- Shipping fees for product exchanges due to damage or incorrect orders will be covered by us.
Returns Due to Change of Mind:
If you decide to return an undamaged product, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and intact.
- Return requests must be initiated by contacting us at service@synaworldfit.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary by shipping provider.
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery.
- Items should include all original components and packaging.
- Return shipping must be prepaid.
Size-Related Returns:
For size-related returns, the customer is responsible for:
- Both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
Refund Deductions:
A 6.9% + $1 deduction applies to canceled orders to cover payment gateway fees, shipping costs, and platform charges.
Exclusions for Refunds or Returns
Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be issued in the following cases:
- Delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays or natural disasters).
- Incorrect size selection for categories such as shoes, hoodies, T-shirts, or sweatshirts when a size chart was provided.
- Refunds are not available for electronic items.
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Shipping Errors: If the carrier misdelivers or loses your package, we will resend your order free of charge.
- Customer Address Errors: If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, the customer will bear the cost of reordering.
Delivery Failures
If a delivery failure occurs, we will contact you via email promptly. Failure to respond or provide updated information may result in the loss of your order.
